My cat will never shut up.
She meows night and day.
She is around 9 years old, she is fixed.
Sometimes its because she wants feeding or to go out but usually its just seems to be that she likes the sound of her own voice.

Sometimes she meows to go out. When I let her out she is back at the door or window again 30 seconds later. Often when I let her back in she wants to go out again but not always.

She is beginning to cause some serious stress.
Is there anything I can do to shut her up. I dont mine her meowing when she wants something, although it could be a little more restrained.
