I had a similar problem with Caspers ashes. I paid for a wooden casket (about £160) and private cremation and I got back a cardboard box for scattering his ashes and a hand written little sticker on top-it was meant to be engraved.

I never felt up to ringing and complaining so I ended up buying a whole new casket and spent about another £50.
