I think you've hit the nail on the head there.
No one is disputing it's great for our dogs to socialize and essential that they do but for those of us unlucky enough to have animals who haven't experienced the best start in life, and who need extra care and attention why on earth should we be totally responsible for those of you would cannot/do not control your dogs?
Sadly the 'I'm alright Jack' attitude oozes through todays society and some of the attitudes on this post prove that point. Extreamly sad but so prevelant (sp).
