Go to a different vets for a second opinion if this was me I would be extremely worried. I have been down this road once to often with my own litters, he needs so liquid life aid down him and possibley some nutri drops to give him some energy, he is not suckling because is getting to weak, if you want to save this pup you are goingt ohave to get a second opinion and possibly start tube feeding him.
