he sound like he prolly marking up his terrioty with having a young bitch in the house , please before you breed from her make sure you get her hips x rayed , has she been tested for Gloucoma and PRA ,CEA/CL and has she been tested for TNS , are you using your boy to her if so he will need the same tests done ,also when your puppies come along they will need hearing tests done and eye tests done at 6 weeks old , and yes six puppies do produce a lot of pee and poo my present 3 week old litter are doing a wonderful job of peeing and pooing all over
