I have got it for mine, not everyone has it....i was advised to have it for the first two years at least, as a lot of inherited illnesses /problems can develop in the early years....but i have kept it going.

Heaven forbid if they ever had an accicdent and i didnt have the funds to cover the treatment....also, i think when they get older in years they can have more things wrong with them.
