Couple of questions
1) He's a bit of pain with biting - we've tried to make sure we always have his toys around to distract him, but he still seems to prefer feet, trousers, hands (and also very painfully a nip on the back). Is this a phase they grow out of ? I'm also a bit worried my two kids (10 and 7) will get afraid of him or try and swat him (when I'm not looking)
2) Feeding - hes on a pets at home dry mix - we feed him first thing in the morning and then about 4.30 - 5ish, amounts as per the instructions. Should we be giving him a midday feed as well ?
3) Collar - would you advise putting a collar on him ?
Any help much appreciated..

Hello xx Welcome xxx
Mouthing is very common in pups, if left with the mom, i beleive she teaches them not to nip too hard, maybe when he gets a little sharp you pull him away say no and offer a chewy toy, and then praise.. they are teething too
so cant help it. They will grow out of it.
I gave my dogs enough food as they needed (but they were and still are very picky) - i would give at least four meals a day.
I dont like collars - only use them when they go out on a lead. But yes, keep ptting it on him every day, for about 10 mins ubntil he gets used to it.
Good luck - i know you will get lots of other advice, i can only advice what worked for my dogs, they are all different. Best of luck xxx
