My 8 year old cat has just been diagnosed with a major urine infection (loads of blood in his urine etc) and is now on a hefty course of antibiotics and the vet has given him Hills wet food.

My question is, has anyone bought a water fountain for their cat?

I have seen these advertised - apparently the constantly moving water attracts the cat to the water thus encouraging them to drink more, which can help prevent urinary infections.

Any feedback would be appreciated.
