Sorry this is a very strange question, but my 7 month sheltie is my 1st dog so I'm still learning whats normal and whats not.....

When I was grooming him last night I noticed that his testicals have dropped now and he has one pink and one brown one - he is a sable but with a tiny bit of tri-colour so he has darkness in his mouth and on his paw pads.

He has no brown any where on his tummy or the rest of his skin.

Is this normal to have one brown one - its not solid colour, its kind of lots of little dots - or should I take him to the vet? Also smells a bit there
