Thanks all, I do clean the tray just now as soon as i notice anything, so doing it a couple of times a day, Trouble covers hers though Mischief doesn't so if i've been out the house for a bit and come back the lounge stinks from one tiny poo

I'll try the tips of using just the base to start then the cover and finally the door, they have been great since the minute i brought them home never doing anything anywhere apart from the tray, so sure they will take to it well
