If it were just me, I could deal with her wandering ways. But we decided that she would be my OH's cat. And she was his first cat and he spent so much time and money on her that I feel horrible that she got out on my watch. I know it was my roomie who opened the door, but if I would have been watching... I'm trying not to think of it too much because when I worry I get so sick I'm stuck on the bathroom floor, but we live close to a big road and she doesn't even have a collar on if someone picked her up. My only consolation is she was a stray before now so she knows how to stay safe.
