I agree , an eye for an eye, i could not look at the link i'm afraid, but a member on pet forums had this happen to their cat just recently, words fail me, cruelty to animals is on the increase in the uk a week doesn't go by without some horrific pet related cruelty incident being reported, only last week on our local news a puppy was stamped on by a youth and died from crushed skull, These evil B@*!**@s are rarely caught and if they are get a slap on the wrist or a pathetic fine..
We used to live near a park and the youngsters would have to pass our house to get there and they would constanly bang on our doors and windows to torment my dogs, my son would often go out and chase them off, but i he laid a finger on them he would be up before the judge!

The law regarding the sale restriction of fireworks should be tightened , but in my view banned. Lots of BOGOF offers on fireworks at the moment too, that's not a good idea either.
