This is mostly teratorial behaviour he thinks he is boss and gets upset when people leave . My advice would be to remove the dog to the garden or another romm where he canot see or hear the people go . Then bring him back into the room and reward him if he remains calm , ask people not to give him any attention when they arrive too no eye contact stroking or talking he needs to understand its not his job to be concerned with who comes and go,s , When he is calm people can fuss him but only when he is calm and not asking for attention . hope this helps
