Yes, my old cats used to love it and it was really cheap twenty or thirty years ago, even though it's pretty much like cod. I think people didn't used to like it because the fish it comes from is called dogfish, very ugly fierce looking creatures, and the flesh is grey before it's cooked. Nowadays people have got over their aversion because all fish is so expensive, I suppose. I think cats like it just as much as cod.
