She did have babies afterall! Yay!!
You could try either putting toilet paper on the opposite side of the cage, then they will do what they want, or a handful of extra badding, hopefully she will get the idea, or hopefully the nest isn't too wet, then the mom can keep them warm with her body heat and fur, I hope they'll be all right!!
