Hi,

In terms of the introduction, Im sure there will be loads of excellent advice shortly. Ive been lucky and never had any problems.

But with the biting issue, I find they usually stop pretty quickly if you just take your hand away quickly as soon as they bite and a short sharp 'No' said firmly does the trick.

The short, sharp and firm 'No' works for everything actually, as long as you say it as soon as they do something naughty. They'll soon learn, they are very clever!
