If I was in your situation I would try and harness train her then you can take her outdoors for fresh air on a leash.

It's the safest option especially if your near any main roads etc.

Also just to point out that 95% of cats killed by car accidents are killed at night time, you should never let you cat stay outdoors overnight it's just too dangerous and isn't worth the risk!
