Re: New kitten seems to have an infection

I was at the Vet with the both of them, and it seems they have a "light" cat flu, otherwise they are fine. Therefore I have to give them tabletts and eyedrops. No problem with the tabletts, as I mix it with the food and feed them then separately.
However, the eye drops are a different story. With Charlie it is not too difficult, as I can pick him up and wtith a bit resistance put the drops into his eyes.
With Bobby on the other hand it is impossible. He is shy anyway, and not getting too close to me. I grapped him twice, but he is whining, and scratching around so I cannot keep him, as I feel guilty if he is in pain. As a result he didn't get any eye drops. To mak things worse he moves even further away now when I am nearby.
I feel so frustrated that I cannot give him the medication, and at the same time both seems to get more distant again....
Any advise?
