Kitty's got this horrible black stuff in her ears. Her ears are usually so clean and I'm sure it's just because she's been so ill recently but I've never had to clean her ears before, how do I do it? I'm guessing I shouldn't use cotton buds (Q tips) and just use cotton wool instead but do I moisten it first? If so what with? I don't think she's got an infection as there's no smell or actual discharge. Or is it vet time again do you think? Any help is gratefully appreciated.
