Ceramic heaters really aren't necessary, a normal 100w household reflector bulb, is fine. The 100w bulb though is being phazed out, so if you can buy quite a few of them, I just bought 10 from ebay for less that £10 including postage.

Beardies prefer their heat in the form of a light, not from underneath with a heat rock or mat. I would get rid of that heat rock (I think it might have been you that I mentioned this to in another thread you made?)

All bulbs need to be on a dimming thermostat too.
