He hated the see-saw and fell off, which also put him off the A-frame and catwalk. The last session he just kept eyeballing all the other dogs especially one that kept eyeballing him, and wouldn't relax enough to do much except pop over some jumps in the corner.
Then the problem with the bluddy local yobs started, and he's just far too stressed & reactive to anything & everything now to think about anything except a behaviourist

Poor chap
Are they the people who keep calling his name, harassing and stressing him out?

Low lifes
The seesaw's a hard one. At first my boy was a bit worried- we just practiced it loads and loads and my trainer was really helpful in feeding/luring for the first few times because I kept getting my hands in a twist
I actually made my own seesaw to practice with at home and now he's really confident with it. The only thing you have to remember is to give them a cue so that they remember it's the seesaw and that they need to tip it. I say "steady", then it's the 2 on 2 off "target".
Anyway I'm waffling
I made a load of kit to practice with at home, as it happens. Jumps, tunnel, seesaw, weaves (with fixed base), contact trainer, chute etc...
Have you got any jumps? You could make some and practice at home? Bet Merlin would love that. Then once he's not so worried about other dogs, he'll be rearing and ready to go!
