I think we'll be able to take it out at least twice a day, half an hour to an hour in the morning and evening and my partner should be able and willing to take it out for half an hour during the day.

I need to do more research on off leash areas but I know that at least twice a week we'll be going down to Blackheath or my parents house (with a big garden) so they'll be able to run around and play quite freely.

We have considered a Corgi but we're concerned about how short their legs are as we would like it to have the freedom to jump up on the sofa with us and jump off when it's bored etc.
