I wean my kittens onto raw - you can start whenever you want.
Cats stomachs also have extra strong juices in them (stronger than humans) that are albe to kill the bacteria that would be harmful in a human.
Drumsticks have a bigger bone in them so would be harder to eat than a wing but not impossible.
