As has already been said, chicken wings are great, but the cat needs to chew through the bone to make that useful for teeth cleaning and some simply won't do that.
If Dorrie is young, it wouldn't do any harm to introduce her to having her teeth brushed, that way you can make sure that all surfaces of her teeth, including those right up the back are clean. The pet toothbrushes are often way to big, but a cheap my first toothbrush designed for babies some makes have tiny heads and nice soft bristles so are ideal. For toothpaste use a enzymatic paste, something like Logic Gel. It contains enzymes to help break down plaque. It works even if just taken orally, but are best brushed on for a full affect.
