But- if these dogs really do not like other dogs then the responsible thing is to walk them with muzzles on, to stop any situation like that arrising ever again.

Yes its sad hes quite upset about having to muzzle them as if other dogs are under controll there is no problem at all .
I feel sad as you have to meet these 2 to actually know how amazing they are but 8 years in a yard isnt the bes start in life
