They arnt biased the reason they are there is to sort these problems and give advice there is a certain area on the page to report things like this, it is the governing body for vets.

Im sorry for ur loss!!! it is negligence (sp)deff get in touch with the RCVS and report and get advice are legalities i cant believe they also sent the body for cremation without even contacting urselves this is rediculous!!!
