Re: vet mistake advise

You really need to seek legal advise!
I am guessing that by them waivering the bill that they are admiting responsibility!

There is a procedure to follow when lodging a complaint against a vet! I cannot remember where of what is is but check onthe RCVS website and you should find the information!
