Re: vet mistake advise

I would suggest citizen advice and a solicitor for some legal advice.

Then a complaint in writing to the practice followed with a complaint to the BVA, you'll probably have to go through all the right channels before you can make a claim for compensation.

I dont know though, which is why i suggest CAB first.
