I've changed her food to Go-Cat Kitten Complete. It seems to be working a bit. It's more solid, but she still has the odd runny one. I'll try feeding her plan cooked chicken like you said and see how she goes from there.

It's strange because she seems totally happy. Playing all the time, purring all the time.
