No they don't Neil.

Not sure where you are but I would definatly phone your vets in the morning to find out where he has been taken.

Also if you can face going in there. Visit and ask for a copy of his medical notes. Get them to print them off. I would do this with them unaware that you are going in so they cannot change anything. ie if you phoned and forewarned them.
