I don't think either of those are against the rules  You can put rescue remedy on the skin by her ears and it is supposed to have the same affect, so nothing would be given orally. Its not the same as dosing the cat with valerium and skullcap or something stronger as plenty have done in the past.

Thank you for that I want to try and get her past this bad experiance without her having to tough it out and just trying to mke things a bit easier for her
