Yes, it's not permitted to use "calming" remedies. I'm afraid that if your cat is unhappy when being shown, you really can't do much other than stop showing her. It would not be good for her to bite someone - 2 biting certificates mean permanent disqualification. Some cats just do not like shows and once they've decided they don't like it, their attitude is unlikely to change. I know it's disappointing but you do need to consider the cat's feelings.
