Other than the runs I don't think there would be much harm done to the kittens. Just make sure they've got plenty of water to keep themselves hydrated etc. Harvey is probably grooming his bum so much because the runs will probably sting him. I wouldn't be surprised if they vomit a bit too.

I don't think the vets could do much more for them.
