I am having the same problem with my neutred persian at 14 months.I did used to tease him with my hands occasionally and I think I have created a bad habit. He lets me stroke him a while and then bites but he rarely breaks any skin although today He almost did on the back of my hand. He seems to say OK enough of this now come and play ball with me. lol.
