Re: is neutering/spaying always the best option????

yep he was always around people from 8 weeks old, mines a very complicated situation,he wasn`t mine to begin with he belonged to my best mate who had a terminal illness, she lived with another mate of mine(who didn`t want the puppy so had not much to do with hm)sadly my best mate past away when he was almost 4 months old and left him to me in her will.I consequently moved in with the other friend and her bro.we always had people around and i took him to my mum and dads every sunday.
Unfortuanaltey the brother of my friend loved to play rough house with him,to the point my dog would go mental.Itried to instill into him that what he was doing was going to make him bad when he got older.
Apparently he would still do it when i wasn`t there.
I moved out due to personal reasons, and made it clear to my parents that they were not to do this,to which they haven`t thankfully.
The behaviour has only started since i moved away 7 months ago, which is why i feel it has something to do with him protecting me.
He hasn`t actually ever attcked anyone, but will growl and bark at people, but be fine with them the next day,it`s all very weird
