definitely good advice. Spooky dogs make irregular progress, this thing gets better, that worse;
this gets a teeny-bit better, that's unchanged. A log can be very simple, but marking what happens
will make understanding & predicting her behavior much easier, plus it makes PLANNING her next step
much, much easier.
