well he is much calmer in general without anything now so i give it to go to the vets or the other week when there was alot of building going on with the neighbours but talking to the vet on thursday he said you can give them all the time as they are natural but i would make sure with your own vet first just to make sure he agrees.
they start working about an hour afterwards.
