Re: Dog Collars!!

As a puppy he only wore his collar for a few minutes at a time until he got used to it. He wears his all the time now.

It hasn't caused any damage to his coat but its extremely loose. I don't attach his lead to his collar, he has a harness.

When I take his collar off him to shower/wash him he doesn't like it. He sits patiently until it is placed back on him.

Duke had a yellow micro-chip tag to show he had been micro-chipped by the Dog Trust which must have broken and fallen off. He has a standard metal bone shaped ID tag now which includes the words "Please Scan Me".

I didn't acquire Duke from the Dog Trust, they were offering free micro-chipping at PAH so I took the opportunity of getting Duke chipped.

Back to collars I believe provided they are fitted properly it is the same as us wearing a watch.
