Kitten food should be given up to at least 6 months old.
IMO Whiskas is not a good food (sorry), there are other wet kitten foods you can try. Pets @ home have lots of premium brands. I acn't stress the utmost importance of a kitten NOT being fed an adult food, as this can cause health problems firther down the line (don't want to scare you)!
Maybe Whiskas just don't agree with your kitten! If Whiskas kitten caused poo problems, then another brand of kitten should have been tried (by your breeder) instead of being put 'inappropriately' on an adult food!
