I meant boisterous kids not the sick pet lol, sorry if i didnt type it very clearly.

Talk to the vet honestly. If you are thinking that this may be her time, ask what he think, what the chances are of recovery.

From what you have said i would be inclined to leave her another few days to see if the mobility and bladder sensation improve - 2 days after the accident the swelling hasnt had chance to go down, she may still get better, especially if like you said she has sensation in her limbs. If after a few more days though i would probably ask the vet to take her off the meds (apart from pain relief), let you bring her home for a few hours an then make an appointment for them to come out and put her to sleep in her own home environment.

Its so hard to make these decisions and in cases like this its a fine balance. Ask the vet what her chances are and base your decision on that hun.
