. my mums neighbour was heart broken it was some years ago now i was about 10 years old n their cat hadnt been in all day in they found it hanging in their tree
bless.... i do believe ya can get cat collars with abit of elastic in now so their is abit of give so they can get away but i aint sure aint had a cat in years
