Just offer them bits of their normal food. They won't care that it's not 'special' believe me! You can also give mini shredded wheats (plain ones) but do try not to give anything else that is sugary, fatty or full of artificial colours and preservatives. A chinchillas digestion is easily upset and in the wild they would eat rather a dry, bland diet so that is what their digestive system is set up to cope with.
