I use Lily's Kitchen for my cats - there's no grain in there at all?! Their dog food has spelt, but not their cat food. My cat adores their food - her coat smells and looks amazing. I'd prefer feeding a certified organic diet as I know there's absolutely nothing nasty in there. Plus they put in lots of good herbs..
