my littlen had a podgy belly the vet thought it was worms but he actually turned out to have a heart murmur! his murmur is grade 6 but is not as bad as it sounds as the whole in his heart is only tiny which is creating more pressure/noise. we've been told to treat him as a normal cat 570 pounds later.
