Hello, Im back again

Just wondered if anyone could tell me how to stop my setter puppy from pulling on the lead?? Some times while out walking she is good and other times she is pulling all the time, making the walk not very pleasant for me, having my shoulder pulled out of the socket.

I just need to know the best way to correct this before she gets worse.

I have already established me being the pack leader and she does wait for me to tell her to do most things, but the pulling is really annoying and I just can't get on topof this one. She also jumps up at everything and everyone but just the last few days she seems to be doing that less so hopefully this problem will ease.
