Re: Raw diet from the butcher

I must say, I've found this post really helpful. At the moment I'm feeding our cats about 70% raw meat (rabbit, heart, Tongue, kidney and a bit of liver) but I'm also giving them a high meat content commercial food. I'm carrying on with the commercial food as I'm worried I can't give them everything they need in the raw diet. Mainly it's because they won't eat minced or ground meat and they won't eat bones. I've tried with bones but when I give them chicken wings they throw them round, growl at them and then drag them under the bed and leave them there! As they won't eat minced meat, I don't feel I can mush good things together, including suppliments if needed and feed them that. I'd like to move on to a 95% raw diet with the odd meal of cat food so they will eat it if we run out of raw or go away.

Is there anyway to give then everything they need if they won't eat minced food or bone?

Thanks for you help.
