Hi you are right google bring's up all sort's. I think you are doing the best thing, taking lil one back to the vet's if the diarrohea is on going, do you give kitty milk? cos that could cause loose stool's & pos cause bowl irritation.
You may have to change lil one's diet.
Is lil one happy enough? & got a good appetite
some cat's can show blood in the stool's, one of my cat's did. But the vet didn't seem too concerned as he was eating well & appeared healthy enough.
Don't get to distressed, you know what it's like, the more info we read the more our brain thinks the worst.
