Went to see him today and he is totally a different kitten to the one I was cat sitting last weekend. I didn't notice until today now that' he's recovering that his fur had gone all greasy and smelly, but now it's sleek and shiny and not stinky at all. He looks 100% better. His temp is back down to normal now and he'll still be on anti-biotics for another few days but he's shown a huge improvement.
