its really hard to give an answer with such limited information, like zoe said can you describe his setup? size of vivarium, what UV light you use and how old it is? also the temps? do you mean he has the white unshed skin on him? if so you could put him in the bath for a little soak in warm water for about 10 mins but make sure u keep the water nice and warm. he could be unhappy because his viv is too small, my beardie started acting really unhappy when he was in his old viv and when i moved him into his 4x2x2 he perked up.
