she really needs to be let out every day for a wing stretch. Can you not take her to a room and lock the cat out for 20mins or so just so she can have a fly around. My cockatiel is a right grumps if she hasnt been out of her cage. Your bird really needs this stimulation or she is going to continue pulling her feathers out!x
